Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Your 14-day legal right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, email us with a clear statement that you withdraw from the purchase (order number, name, address). You may use the EU model withdrawal form but are not required to.

You then have 14 days to send the goods back. We refund the full purchase price including standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return shipment). Return shipping for withdrawal is at your cost unless stated otherwise.

Hygiene exception

For sealed products that are not suitable for return once unsealed for hygiene reasons — mouth tape, nasal strips and earplugs — the right of withdrawal lapses once the seal is broken. Unopened packs can always be returned within the 14-day period.

Defective items

Defective or incorrect items are always refunded or replaced at our cost, under the two-year legal conformity guarantee.
