1. Who we are

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include Belgian VAT (21%). Payment is processed at checkout via the methods shown (including credit/debit cards and other methods offered by Shopify Payments). Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are stated on each product page and in the checkout. If an item cannot be delivered within 30 days, you may cancel the order for a full refund.

4. Right of withdrawal (EU)

You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. See our Right of Withdrawal & Returns page for how to exercise it and for the hygiene exception that applies to sealed products once opened.

5. Legal conformity guarantee

Belgian and EU law gives you a two-year guarantee on defective or non-conforming products. If a product is defective, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund as required by law.

6. Complaints and disputes
