What we collect and why
- Order data (name, address, email, phone, items ordered): to fulfil your order and meet legal bookkeeping duties. Legal basis: contract performance and legal obligation.
- Payment data: processed by our payment providers (Shopify Payments and the methods you choose). We never see your full card details.
- Fulfilment data: your name and delivery address are shared with our fulfilment partner (CJdropshipping) to ship your order. This may involve transfer of data outside the EEA; such transfers rely on the safeguards in our processor agreements (standard contractual clauses).
- Analytics and marketing data: with your consent via the cookie banner, we use analytics and advertising cookies (e.g. Shopify analytics, Meta Pixel when active). Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data: 7 years (legal bookkeeping requirement). Marketing data: until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and object to processing, by emailing getnoctura@outlook.com. You can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
