Refund and Return Policy

We want you to sleep better, and we stand behind every product we sell.

30-Day Returns
You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, email luca_bekaert1@outlook.com with your order number before sending the item back. The customer arranges and pays for return shipping, except when an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. We do not charge a restocking fee. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need 5–10 business days to process the refund.

30-Night Sleep Guarantee
In addition to the standard return right, products are covered by our 30-Night Sleep Guarantee. If your sleep has not improved after 30 nights of use, contact us to request a refund. This commercial guarantee also applies to used products and does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Cancellations
You may request cancellation until the order has been fulfilled. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may use the applicable return or withdrawal procedure.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo. We will offer an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, at no additional return-shipping cost to you.

EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to the legal exceptions. To exercise this right, notify us clearly by email before the withdrawal period expires. This statutory right is separate from our voluntary 30-day return policy and 30-Night Sleep Guarantee.
