Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 24 hours from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Times
United States, United Kingdom and Europe: 3–8 business days
Canada and Australia: 7–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping on orders over €50.
A flat shipping rate of €4.95 applies to orders of €50 or less. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking
Every shipped order includes tracking. You will normally receive a tracking link by email within two business days after ordering. Tracking information may take additional time to update after dispatch.

Delivery Issues
Please verify your delivery address before submitting the order. If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email us with your order number so we can investigate.
